In current times, fewer and fewer people are carrying cash. A reliance on credit and debit cards means that people can have access to large amounts of money while only carrying a few plastic cards. This can lead to overspending on credit cards and many people do not have the liquidity needed to be a financially stable individual.
Many financial authorities outline the benefits of carrying cash. It is seen as a magnet that will attract more cash, more financial opportunities and more wealth to you.
On a coaching call, I was having a discussion with a client about this. They did not carry any money and relied on their partner to carry credit and debit cards. They would often find themselves saying “I don’t have any money”. The way the law of attraction works, continually saying this will attract this situation into their life. In other words, it will attract the situation of literally ‘not having any money’. On the road to wealth creation, this statement would be a direct sabotage to earning more money.
I encouraged this person to carry money so they would not be programming their subconscious to the belief that they have no money. Instead they would be affirming the fact that they do have money.
Another important step is to always carry money that you will never spend. This money is pure attractant money. This cash money should be in large denomination such as $100 notes. A good amount is to work up to at least $1000. Dr John Demartini suggests carrying what you want to earn in a day in cash. Work up to this amount.
This money is best kept separate from the spending cash in some way. I personally carry all of my attractant money in a beautiful Tiffany money clip. Psychologically, this is like a bank vault, and I know that I will never spend this money, only taking it out to look through it occasionally or to add more $100 notes to it. I carry this in my pocket in the money clip, or within my wallet still within the money clip.
I even have this cash attractant money in my back pocket when I am in practice and adjusting.
If I am ever in need of more cash than I am carrying in my spending money and need to make a cash purchase, I will never use my attractant money. I will always go to an ATM to get more spending money. It is the discipline to do this that sends a very positive message to the universe.
Carrying money is one of the keys to financial wealth and I recommend that everyone does this. Even if you start out small and build it up over time, the different energy you will have around money will attract more and more abundance to you.
