The New Zealand Chiropractic College Lyceum was another huge success as would be expected under the strong NZCC umbrella. The theme of this year’s Lyceum 2017 was Greater Together and highlighted the positive influence New Zealand has had and is still having on chiropractic worldwide.
It was clear that New Zealand Chiropractors and teams have learnt that by working together they can create and maintain a strong, united profession, there was a large contingent of Aussies rubbing shoulders with the Kiwis and bringing home added unity to the Australian Chiropractic Profession!
The Powerful Practices International team were represented by Dr Malcolm Rudd and Berni Ireland. They presented on the discussion panel Saturday afternoon. Berni had two hats on PPI and CTripleA (Chiropractic Assistants Association Australasia).
CTripleA presented the CA Breakout session all day Saturday, facilitated by Kate Rudd and Sarah Allan. This was a powerful day of interaction and learning. Teams participated in ‘Talk The Tic’ learning the real essence of Chiropractic and how to explain their message, culminating into the Seven Habits of Highly Effective CAs.
The quality of speakers and the awesomeness of their presentations really added another level to the world Chiropractic stage of us being GREATER TOGETHER! Dan Sullivan’s analogy of an iPhone calculator and chiropractic blew the audience away.
Dan also passionately shared the two things holding back chiropractors at the Lyceum:
- Lack of Faith
- Lack of Belief in Self
His message centered around TRUST. “Stay true to self and true to the principle of Chiropractic”.
All reports say the Masquerade Ball was a blast.
The Chiropractic Profession is always great together on the dance floor!
