Practice declining stagnant or growing?

One percenters are the little things you do that make a massive difference!
On analysis, it was discovered that many of the effective business systems and marketing tools we recommend were not being used in the practice.
To change his current state of business (and mindset!), the Chiropractor started with six critical one percenters to implement immediately:
- First Adjustment calls.
- Thank you letters.
- Complete to do list on computer.
- Asking for referrals.
- Preparing excellent Report Of Findings folders.
- Ensure all clients have a schedule of care and this is recorded on client files.
Another extremely important 1%er that can be considered actually a 100%er is double checking all the team are up to date with their own adjustments with schedules of care in the appointment book including Comparative Examinations, and x-rays. If it is important for the Clients, it is important for the team!
Even if your practice is growing, it is essential that the 1%ers are implemented and all systems and procedures are followed. This thriving growth stage of your practice is actually an even more important time to be diligent in all polices so that you avoid stagnating and declining.
It is often reported that when practices get busy that is when the “little things” start to drop off!
