Distractions in our day to day include:
- Mobile phones.
- What happened yesterday.
- Thinking about what I have to do tomorrow.
- Social media.
- Viewing (television, online, streaming etc).
- Radio / music.
There are so many distractions in our modern world.
How do we stay present in the moment?
Is there a secret formula to maintaining present time consciousness?
The short answer is … no, there isn’t.
It’s about eliminating what doesn’t belong in your practice, your adjusting room and your life!
Have you ever tried to be ‘present’ in the moment?
Berni gives a great example of being present in the moment in her own life.
She takes away the distractions in her own world to allow herself to become more present.
Sometimes Chiropractors find it difficult to stay focused when adjusting.
