OFFICE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
Berni will phone your practice and pose as a ‘new client’ looking to schedule an appointment. She then follows the call up within the hour to cancel as part of her procedure.
The call is then assessed based on:
- clarity of communication.
- level of rapport demonstrated by the CA.
- ability and thoroughness of the CA in their interaction during the conversation.
A report is then generated based on the criteria covering over 30 areas with feedback and assessment.
Once complete, you will receive a detailed copy.
This report is an incredibly valuable tool for you as the director. It is a wonderful opportunity to review and improve upon the first interaction a new client has with your Practice.
