Module 1 – Communication Myths
Communication is the absolute essential key ingredient in growing your practice and creating success in your life. We will uncover and unravel many of the communication myths around perceptions, assumptions, interpretation, mis-communication and the power of words. This session sets the scene for the rest of the program.
Module 2 – Understanding People
Each person has a different model of the world. One of the keys to effective communication is to understand the person you are communicating with and to deliver your message in their language/model. This session shows you the tools to help you understand people at a deeper level and thus enhance your ability to build trust and rapport.
Module 3 – Effective Communication
Effective communication begins with the ‘messenger’. In this module you will discover how to develop your message with clarity, certainty and simplicity From here, you can find your voice through that message and empower others on your team to congruently deliver it.
Module 4 – Presentation Skills
Getting your message out to the public through in-office workshops and community talks is an important form of communication. In this session, you are sown some of the strategies expert public speakers use when they are on stage. You have the gift (your presentation) and this session will show you how to wrap it up.
Module 5 – Influence, Persuasion and Negotiation
As a DC or CA, your ability to influence and persuade people is very powerful. From your own belief systems to the power of the masses, you will learn first-hand how to become a person of influence. Conflict and negotiation go hand in hand and this part of the session is very powerful in showing you how to deal with both sides in your practice.
Module 6 – Communicating Research and Daily Scripting
Daily communication, including sharing research and scripting adds to the foundation of communication through story, analogies, prepared answers to common questions, repetitive themes and the integration of research and current events to simulate and support a paradigm shift. Each of these aspects are addressed in this session wiht easy to implement strategies.
Module 7 – Team Communication
Team communication is vital to success in practice. During this module, we look at where communication begins and some strategies to work with outstanding communication no matter the situation. What does your team communication say about you and your desire to succeed?
Module 8 – The Foundation of Success
Underlying all the principles you have learned in this series, success begins in your mind. Many people concentrate on the ‘effects’ first and neglect to look at their own ’causes’ that have led them to where they currently are, be it poor or prosperous! This session will show you why passion, purpose, action and determination will get you to your ultimate success and you will be shown some simple and easy strategies to get you there.
