Dr Michael Hall is a chiropractic neurologist, and has been providing chiropractic care for nearly two decades, attracting patients from the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas and throughout the country. He also is a well-known and highly admired educator. Dr Hall’s area of expertise is chiropractic neurology. This is a chiropractic specialty that uses a drugless, non-surgical means of addressing disorders of the nervous system.
Dr Hall and his wife Cara, also a chiropractor trained in clinical neurology and therapeutic massage practice in Dallas, Texas.
Their locally well-known practice is Hall Chiropractic and Family Wellness Centre.
Dr. Hall’s passion for his practice comes from his commitment to helping people live better lives through better health. The combination of biological sciences and restoration of health and well-being were a natural fit for Dr Hall. With his focus on neurology, Dr. Hall instills in his patients the importance of understanding how the brain works, especially as it relates to their achieving optimal wellness.
His private office is riddled with tokens of appreciation from patients, such as books, broken hockey sticks, and memorabilia. Whether a celebrity, an elite athlete, or the neighbor across the street, Dr. Hall believes that all are entitled to the best healthcare available.

For nearly three decades, Dr. Hall has taught thousands of chiropractors, chiropractic students, and students of the health sciences from around the world. His lectures, presentations, and talks continue to emphasize the unique differences in our brain function and how that influences the way we think, behave, and act. He also teaches clinical neurology and diagnosis at Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas. Dr. Hall has taught post-doctoral clinical neurology diplomate and certification programs since 1993.
A 1990 Parker graduate, Dr. Hall currently serves on the board of directors of the Parker College Alumni Association, and holds memberships in the American Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Association, Texas Chiropractic Association, Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research, and International Academy Chiropractic Neurology, where he was awarded a fellow in May 2008.
In 2017, BrainDC was founded, an entity designed to facilitate knowledge and teachings in functional neurology. It aims to guide and direct patients to healthcare providers. These resources provide a repository of teaching schedules, functional neurology program, scientific research, and educational resources.
It is ultimately aimed at improving the health of people worldwide through better science, improved health, and the desire to live an abundant life.
